Apple's European subsidiaries face criminal charges from the Democratic Republic of Congo, for allegedly sourcing 'blood minerals'- minerals tracing back to conflict zones in the war-ravaged nation. Tantalum, tin, tungsten and gold, used in various electronic equipment, are among these blood minerals.
(I find it particularly ironic having created this cartoon using a Macbook computer!)
