Northeast India Floods 2025
Floods in the northeast have caused thirty deaths this year and an almost cyclical destruction of embankments all over again, with renewed vigour and investments announced for the same measure that fails year after year- embankments! If only floods enhanced the fertility of bureaucratic brains as they do for the soil of the flood plains!
