COP 29 Begins in Azerbaijan

Put your hands together for the COP 29, beginning this Monday in Azerbaijan! Green Humour for The Hindu.

Like I’ve done for the last three years, I will be joining the COP proceedings this year as well online from India, and drawing live cartoons for my engagement with the Global Resilience Partnership. While COP promises at the governmental and international level already look bleak muddled in various geopolitical complexities surrounding the COP 29, one must not forget that various committed organizations including indigenous and youth coalitions will once again be joining hands in Baku to make significant headway with climate action. Do watch this space for more COP cartoons on what will be discussed at the pavillions hosted by the GRP.
